What Brought Me Here — and Why I’m Here for You
You're not here by accident.
Maybe something in your life unraveled — your health, your energy, your sense of direction.
Maybe you’ve been holding it together for everyone else… but inside, you feel like a stranger to yourself.

I know that feeling. I’ve lived it.

My turning point
At 30, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
But truthfully, my body had been speaking to me for years — through chronic anxiety, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm I couldn’t explain.
On the outside, I looked fine.
But inside, I was carrying more than I knew how to name.
That diagnosis became the doorway.
Not just to healing — but to honest self-inquiry.
I began questioning everything I thought I had to be… and gently choosing a life that felt aligned, instead of expected.

The way I work now
Today, I support people who feel unwell, untethered, or unsure of who they are — emotionally, physically, spiritually.

I work holistically — integrating the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual systems — because you are not just one thing. You’re a whole being.

There’s no one-size-fits-all here.
We move at your pace. We listen deeply. We honor what’s alive in your system and create space for what wants to emerge.
Whether we’re tending your nervous system, reframing thought patterns, or simply learning how to rest without guilt — the work is about reconnection.
Not becoming someone new… but remembering who you are.

A few things I believe:
-
Your body is not the problem. It’s the messenger.
-
Rest is sacred. Boundaries are love.
-
You don’t need to earn clarity. You only need to slow down enough to receive it.
-
You are still whole, even in the unraveling.

If you’re ready to return to yourself...
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need a space where you can exhale — and someone to walk beside you.

This is that space. I’m that someone.
